The YLF2 series (IP54) motor is a new generation of three-phase asynchronous motors for cooling towers produced by our company.
Its design concept and structure are integrated into the latest scientific research achievements of our company in the cooling tower motor industry
over the years, and the cooling tower is fully considered. The use environment of the motor is reasonably matched with the cooling tower
in terms of sealing, moisture resistance, water resistance, reliability, etc., and fully meets the outdoor protection requirements
for long-term operation in a humid and hot environment. The product has reached the international advanced level and is a new type of cooling tower.

The motor adopts two installation forms, IM V30 and IM V1. The IM V30 frame has no feet, and the direct connection bracket is fixed for direct connection of the fan; the IM V1 frame has no feet, and the end cover has a flange and is equipped with a reducer.
Applicable occasions: This series of motors is suitable for electric drive of cooling tower fan type loads.
Use environment: (1) The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
(2) No explosion, no corrosive gas;
(3) The ambient temperature is not higher than 45℃, not lower than -15℃;
(4) Power supply voltage: 380V, 50Hz
Installation and maintenance:
(1) Mounting holes can be drilled on the coupling when IM V30 motor is installed with the fan. The IM V1 type motor needs to be used with a reducer.
(2) Please read the "Instruction Manual" carefully before operation.
(3) YDL series two-speed cooling tower motor should be wired in strict accordance with the "wiring diagram".
Special reminder: Please select the motor strictly according to the load size! It is strictly forbidden to let the motor run for a long time under
overload condition! (The way to judge whether the motor is overloaded is to measure the working current of the motor under load with an ammeter
(or a clamp ammeter), if the working current exceeds the rated current on the motor nameplate data, the motor is in overload operation.
