I: Scope of application 1. The speed of the high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 rpm.2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission is not more than 20 m/s.3. The working environment temperature is -40~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting.

The product design adopts various technical specifications stipulated by JB/T8853-2001. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel for gear and shaft parts. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88.6 grade. Tooth surface hardness HRC54-62. An oversized thrust bearing is arranged at the front end of the hollow output shaft to bear the working axial force of the screw. The main standard parts such as bearings and oil seals are all domestic high-quality products, and imported products can also be assembled according to user needs. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency. Product performance has reached the international advanced level.
