ZDY/ZLY/ZSY series hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer
Product introduction:
The hardened gear reducer is made of high-quality alloy steel carburized and quenched, and the gear hardness reaches HRC58-62. It is produced according to the national standard (Gb19004-88), mainly including four series: ZDY (single grade), ZLY (two grades), ZSY (three grades) and ZFY (four grades).
Performance characteristics:
1. High transmission rate of hardened cylindrical gear reducer: single stage greater than 96.5%, double stage greater than 93%, three stage greater than 90%.
2. All gears are made of high-quality alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, and the gear hardness reaches HRC58-62
3. Small size, light weight, high precision, large bearing capacity, long service life, high reliability, stable transmission and low noise.
4. Generally, oil pool lubrication and natural cooling are used. When the thermal power cannot be met, circulating oil lubrication or fan and cooling coil can be used for cooling

P series planetary gear reducer
The cross axle defects in the field are all shown by the cross movement of the input shaft. There are two main reasons for the formation of tandem shafts:
a. It is due to the broken teeth that the input shaft loses its axial binding, resulting in shaft string;
b. The driven gear on the central shaft is not firmly fastened to the shaft. In practical transmission, due to the non interference between the driven gear and the central shaft, the driven gear is in axial string with respect to the central shaft, thus making the input shaft in axial string.
Therefore, the interference amount is not the primary reason for forming the tandem shaft of the p series planetary gear reducer. For others, the steering of the p series planetary gear reducer also has a certain impact on the tandem shaft.
c. The gear processing deflection forms a series shaft. The machining deflection of the driven gear on the central shaft can form a tandem shaft. The gear processing is performed by locating the outer circle and end face, while the gear equipment is located by the inner hole. Sometimes the inner hole is not concentric with the outer circle, or the inner hole is not perpendicular to the end face, which will cause the center line of the processed gear and the inner hole to deflect. This kind of skewed herringbone gear, the plane of its centerline address is not perpendicular to the axis. When the gear rotates for one circle, a point on the centerline will have an axial reciprocating string once, forcing the input shaft to also perform an axial reciprocating string once.
d. The error of gear helix angle constitutes a serial shaft. The two halves of the driven herringbone gear on the center shaft and output shaft will change the centerline of the herringbone gear due to the error of the practical helix angle, forming a series shaft.
e. When p series planetary gear reducers receive positive and negative torque effects, gear thickness errors, uneven wear and premature wear on the tooth surface, and tooth back deformation form a tandem shaft.
In practical transmission, due to the different degrees of deflection of the two half driven gears, as far as the input shaft is concerned, the occurrence of axial serial motion is the comprehensive effect of different degrees of deflection of the two half driven gears on the central shaft. In addition, the driven gear on the output shaft, due to the same gear processing deflection, forms a series motion, but because the output shaft is fixed in the axial direction, it forces the central shaft to move, thus forcing the input shaft to run.
